My 30 day water challenge is just about over and I have done pretty good. The weekends are always the hardest for me, but I put in an effort to drink as much water as I could. I am not going to say that I drank half my body weight everyday, but I am doing well for the most part. This challenge will end on March 2nd due to February being a 28 day month. However, my next challenge will begin on March 1st.
Now on to the next challenge. I have two in mind! One is my Tea Time challenge and the other is my yoga challenge. Tea time will be very easy for me because I have been drinking lots of tea lately. I am thinking that I will drink tea daily for 30 days, or substitute a meal for tea daily. I think that would be great because I’m sure it will help me lose wight.

For the yoga challenge I would simply practice yoga daily for 30 days. I will be using Gaia which I joined for $.99. That is only for the first month and then it is $9.99 per month. I am not sure if I will stick with it and I feel that 30 days will help me decide.

Now, these challenges are to be based on my commit 30 planner but to be honest I haven’t been using the planner. This ALWAYS happens to me and I feel like I have once again wasted my money on a fancy planner. Starting next month I will personally challenge myself to do better!
