I’ve got to get it together! About a year ago I was going hard in the gym almost daily. I fell off and haven’t got back on since. There are several reasons and I’m not one to make excuses, but life gets in the way sometimes.
Unfortunately, it’s hard for me to get motivated during the week. Mostly because after work I’m not feeling like going anywhere let alone the gym. But that doesn’t mean it’s impossible.
Check out this post from Facebook a year ago today! This is the motivation I need and the determination I need to get back. I’m excited to get back in the saddle but I don’t want to overdo it. I’m gonna take every day as it comes and i know that nothing good comes easy! I have to be determined and stay focused. Slow and steady!
